Terms and Conditions

- A deposit of 50% of the total tariff is required to confirm your booking
- Payment can be made by direct deposit (Internet transfer) or cheque
- The balance is payable upon arrival and is not subject to refund
- The deposit is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled more than 28 days prior to your booking
- Check in Time is 3.00pm onwards. Check out Time is 11.00am
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability
- Unfortunately our accommodation and surrounds are unsuitable for pets
- Should you wish to smoke please make use of the beautiful outside areas
